Convoy to Lviv - Wednesday February 25th 2026

John Foster, from Yearsley, was one of 34 drivers who took a convoy of 17 ex-farm trucks from the UK to Lviv, in Ukraine, in September last year.  Their mission was humanitarian relief, was wholly self-funded, and did much to help people in Ukraine in these difficult times.

John is presenting the story of his trip in Coxwold Village Hall at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday 25th February (doors open 7.00 p.m.).  In addition to hearing his account, you will be able to contribute to the fund-raising in which John and his colleagues are involved, as Ukraine needs financial help as well as material aid.  Please come and support this venture.

John will be running another convoy later this year.
